地理位置特别好，距离南浦站和中央站都非常近，步行距离5分钟内。大堂的林经理果然和传说中一样厉害韩国本地人，但会说一口流利的普通话、英语，特别有礼貌，从进门的一刻开始问候，到热情接待办理入住，介绍旅游景点和路线，为我们写好问路小纸条，提供诚恳的建议，无不彰显他专业的服务态度，让每位客人有宾至如归的体验。不愧是booking上评价最高的员工！酒店大堂提供免费饮用水、咖啡，房间每天免费提供4支水，设施齐全，还有国内插头接口，也提供转换插头和充电线，不用担心充电问题。床上用品也很棒！床垫很结实，硬中带软，完全不会塌，但躺着又有弹性，枕头也是这样，被子厚度刚好，盖着不冷不热温度适中，睡起来特别特别舒服！如果晚上觉得房间闷，可以开一点窗，我们窗外正对着釜山塔。特别推荐的一家酒店，希望大家都能体验到林经理极致的服务细节。感谢林经理，以后有机会一定还会再回来了！

前台林经理会说中文超级耐思，心细的不能再细了！路线即方方面面比旅客想的都周到，方便我们的出行。真的好喜欢林经理。好喜欢ytt酒店，酒店位置特别方便既干净设施又齐全。孩子都舍不得离开这里????我们早上退房的时候下了雨，林经理给我和孩子每人一把雨伞把我们送到门口，真的很温暖！雨伞不知道如何再还给ytt????
